Spiritus Yoga will be at teaching classes at two different locations going into this fall! We will be subbing regular classes at Yoga Now! We will also be teaching for the city of kamloops in different community halls around the city. Our Monthly membership classes are currently held online during the winter and are outside in the Juniper park during the spring, summer and fall.
